Montgomery McCracken Partner Joel B. Rosen Named to New Jersey Law Journal’s “The Best of 2014”

CHERRY HILL, N.J.-Montgomery McCracken is pleased to announce partner Joel B. Rosen, former U.S. Magistrate Judge, has been named to the New Jersey Law Journal‘s “The Best of 2014” in the category of Best Individual Mediator. The Best Of poll surveyed New Jersey attorneys and legal administrators on the best providers of products and services to the New Jersey legal community, with the top three vote-getters in each category being selected.Rosen concentrates his practice in alternative dispute resolution, as well as white collar criminal defense, internal investigations and commercial litigation matters. Serving as a United States magistrate judge from 1987 to 2006, Rosen has mediated thousands of cases, and presided over numerous civil jury and bench trials and criminal misdemeanor trials. He has negotiated multimillion dollar settlements and resolved all manner of complex cases and class actions in the areas of employment law, commercial law, environmental law, intellectual property, antitrust, admiralty, civil rights, construction law and torts. He has also served as a Special Master in both state and federal courts.
