Montgomery McCracken Welcomes Two New Associates

Montgomery McCracken is pleased to announce the addition of two new associates. Benjamin E. Fuller will be joining the firm’s Business Department in the Philadelphia office. Amanda D. Crawford will be joining the Labor and Employment practice group in the Berwyn office.

Ben focuses his practice on corporate transactions and operations, and intellectual property matters. He has extensive experience in the fields of computer science, electrical engineering, telecommunications, medical device, and mechanical engineering fields. Ben also has significant experience negotiating and drafting licensing, joint development, technology transfer, non-disclosure and service agreements. Prior to joining Montgomery McCracken, Ben was Deputy General Counsel and IP Counsel to Global OLED Technology LLC, a subsidiary of LG Display Co. Ltd.  He received a J.D. degree from George Washington University Law School in 2006, where he was a Thurgood Marshall Scholar and President of the Student Intellectual Property Law Association. Ben earned a B.S. in Computer Science from George Washington University, where he was the Chapter Executive Treasurer and Philanthropy Chair of Beta Theta Pi.

Amanda concentrates her practice on labor and employment issues. She has experience working on matters related to the Americans with Disabilities Act, Equal Pay Act, Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, Pennsylvania Human Relations Act, and Pennsylvania Wage Payment and Collection Act. Prior to joining Montgomery McCracken, Amanda served as a judicial law clerk for the Honorable Paul R. Wallace of the Superior Court of Delaware. She received a J.D. degree, magna cum laude, from Villanova University School of Law in 2015, where she was a Managing Editor of Operations for the Villanova Law Review. Amanda earned a B.A. degree, summa cum laude, from Rutgers University, where she majored in History and Political Science.
