John McNichol re-elected Vice Chairman of the Board.

PHILADELPHIA, PA -The Board of Directors of the Pennsylvania Convention Center Authority yesterday re-elected Gregory J. Fox, Esquire as chairman of the Board of Directors and John J. McNichol of Greenlee Partners as its vice chairman.

Gregory J. Fox is a partner with Montgomery McCracken in Philadelphia. He has served as chairman of the 15-member board of the Pennsylvania Convention Center Authority since his initial election in May 2011. Fox is a resident of Abington Township, Montgomery County, Pa.

Fox is chair of Montgomery McCracken’s Business Department and a member of the firm’s management committee.  He has extensive experience at the national and international level with respect to the implementation and ongoing operation of qualified retirement plans; non-qualified deferred compensation arrangements, executive incentive plans, severance agreements, and welfare benefit plans.  His practice involves the representation of international and multinational corporations listed on the U.S. Stock Exchange, and various other publicly traded and privately owned companies.

Fox has an undergraduate degree in economics from Muhlenberg College.  He received his Juris Doctorate and an LLM in taxation from Temple University School of Law.  He is currently a member of the American and Philadelphia Bar Associations, and he serves on the Employee Benefits Committee of the American Bar Association.  He also serves on the Board of Directors of the St. Thomas More Society of Philadelphia, and on the Board of Trustees of Muhlenberg College in Allentown, PA.

John J. McNichol is a partner at the government relations firm, Greenlee Partners, and he is a managing partner of Keystone Strategies. McNichol’s background includes public service as legislative aide to a former Member of Congress. He spent eight years in Washington, D.C. and, while there, McNichol established and ran the largest legislative service organization in Congress: the Congressional Fire Services Caucus and Institute.

He joined Greenlee and Keystone Strategies in 2000 after six years as a senior vice president and director of government affairs services for Tierney Communications in Philadelphia and Washington, DC. McNichol is a resident of Glen Mills, Delaware County, Pa.
