Partner Joel B. Rosen Appointed Chair of New Jersey Supreme Court’s Disciplinary Oversight Committee

CHERRY HILL, N.J. – Montgomery McCracken is pleased to announce that partner Joel B. Rosen has been appointed as chair of the Disciplinary Oversight Committee (DOC) of the New Jersey Supreme Court. Rosen previously served as vice-chair of the DOC for the 2017 term. The Committee consists of 11 members to assist the Court as an advisory body in administering the attorney disciplinary system. The Committee also provides the Court with information and recommendations on personnel and other operational matters that affect the budget as such matters arise throughout the fiscal year. Rosen, United States Magistrate Judge (Ret.), is a partner in the Litigation Department of Montgomery McCracken and concentrates his practice in alternative dispute resolution.
