Stephen G. Rhoads and John M. Myers Speak at the Pennsylvania Association of Marriage and Family Therapy Ethics Conference

Philadelphia, PA –Stephen G. Rhoads and John M. Myers, members of Montgomery McCracken’s Litigation Department, spoke at the Pennsylvania Association of Marriage and Family Therapy Ethics Conference on Friday, November 30. They addressed the impact of new Pennsylvania legislation concerning the independent practice of therapy, divorce coaching under the new Collaborative Law Act, and new rules of civil procedure regarding parent coordination in custody cases. Steve and John also engaged the group with numerous hypothetical situations raising ethical concerns when treating clients.
