Stephen G. Rhoads Rejoins Montgomery McCracken

PHILADELPHIA, PA – June 6, 2018 – Montgomery McCracken is pleased to announce that Stephen G. Rhoads has rejoined the firm as a partner in its Litigation Department in the firm’s Berwyn office. Rhoads was formerly with Montgomery McCracken from 1986-2009.

Rhoads focuses his practice in the areas of professional and general liability defense, construction disputes, commercial litigation, and advising educational and non-profit institutions on risk-management.

He works on a wide variety of commercial disputes involving zoning, construction, employment, contract, shareholder and other business disputes. An advocate of alternative dispute resolution, he has successfully resolved various claims through arbitration and mediation.

Rhoads also regularly serves as counsel to mental health and allied professionals, as well as educational and non-profit institutions facing professional and general liability claims.

Rhoads received a J.D. degree from New England Law in Boston in 1986. He received a M.Ed. in Counseling and Human Development from St Lawrence University in 1981 and a B.A. in Sociology from St. Lawrence University in 1978.
