Timothy J. Bergère, a partner with Montgomery McCracken Walker & Rhoads was a speaker at the Pennsylvania Bar Institute’s Environmental Law Forum in Harrisburg.  Bergère presented a segment titled “Obtaining Environmental Permits.”

Bergère is the chair of the firm’s Environmental Law practice group.  His practice involves all aspects of environmental counseling and litigation, including environmental contamination investigation, remediation, Brownfields redevelopment projects and regulatory compliance matters, as well as analysis and interpretation of laboratory testing, laboratory certification processes, and the review and application of standards and criteria used to establish test methodologies and report valid results.
