Montgomery McCracken hosted the United States Attorneys’ Roundtable, a CLE program presented by the Philadelphia Young Lawyers Division of the ABA White Collar Crime Committee, on June 29, 2011.  The panelists included sitting U.S. Attorneys Paul J. Fishman (District of New Jersey), Zane D. Memeger (Eastern District of Pennsylvania) and Charles M. Oberly, III (District of Delaware), as well as Kathleen M. Jennings, a partner with Phillips, Goldman & Spence, P.A. in Wilmington, Delaware, and Paul H. Zoubek, a partner with Montgomery McCracken in Cherry Hill, New Jersey.  The program was moderated by Richard L. Scheff, chairman of Montgomery McCracken.  The panelists discussed, among other things, the current initiatives and policies of the three U.S. Attorneys’ offices, discovery practices and Brady obligations, non-prosecution agreements, and charging decisions.
