Don Kramer discusses the risks and rewards.

Donald W. Kramer, of counsel with Montgomery McCracken, was a panelist for the Don Kramer’s Nonprofit Issues® webinar presentation “Legal Issues in Volunteer Involvement: Maximizing the Benefits, Minimizing the Risks.”  Kramer was joined by Susan J. Ellis, president of Energize, Inc., an international training and consulting firm specializing in volunteerism and Tish Mogan, standards of excellence officer for the Pennsylvania Association of Nonprofit Organizations.

For over 35 years, Kramer has dealt with the legal concerns of nonprofit organizations.  He is not only a lawyer, but teacher, writer, publisher and board member and is considered by many to be a leading authority on Pennsylvania nonprofit organization matters.
