William L. Kingsbury advises for-profit and nonprofit businesses with respect to their general operations, structure and governance and in connection with complex transactions, such as mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, conversions, equity and debt financings, capital projects, and commercial contracts.
Bill represents companies engaged in a variety of industries, including investment management, manufacturing, professional services, sports and entertainment, health care, and life sciences. He also advises institutional investors, including endowments, foundations and pension plans, in connection with all aspects of their investment programs.
Bill received a J.D. degree from Villanova University School of Law in 1995 and a B.S. degree from Villanova University in 1992.
