American Conference Institute’s 3nd Annual Defense Counsel Summit Presents “Positioning the Class Action Defense For Early Success” Seminar

Montgomery McCracken partner Charles B. Casper will serve as a panelist for the American Conference’s Institute’s 3rd Annual Defense Counsel Forum on Positioning the Class Action Defense for Early Success. The two-day seminar will feature expert insights from the nation’s top class action litigators on winning the case early by utilizing aggressive defense strategies.
