Emerging Contaminants: Trends in Science, Regulations and Business Implications

Montgomery McCracken Partner Timothy Bergère will be speaking at the Emerging Contaminants: Trends in Science, Regulations and Business Implications program being presented by Montclair State University in collaboration with CPES and in cooperation with LSRPA. The program will take place on Thursday, October 17, 2019 in Bordentown, New Jersey. Bergère will be on speaking panels titled, “Recent Legislative Developments and Legal View: New Jersey and Pennsylvania,” and “Addressing Emerging Contaminants in Remediation.”
