International Council of Shopping Centers PA/NJ/DE Conference & Deal Making

Montgomery McCracken Partner Michael J. Fekete hosted a roundtable session titled, “Court Decisions, New Laws and Pending Legislation,” at the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) PA/NJ/DE Conference & Deal Making in Philadelphia, Pa. on September 11 and 12. The session focused on discussing new laws, new court decisions, and pending legislation in Pennsylvania, New York, and New Jersey that would impact the commercial real estate industry. Fekete also served as a member of the planning committee for the conference.
