Money Market Fund Reform: What You Need to Know

Attorney Terrance Reilly is a course planner for “Money Market Fund Reform: What You Need to Know.”  The lunchtime CLE program will feature speaker Joan Ohlbaum Swirsky, Esq.
from Stradley Ronon Stevens & Young. She will explain how the added
obligations of the new money market fund rule amendments, adopted by the
U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission
(SEC), will affect operations of fund boards, including information
about liquidity fees, redemption gates and floating net asset values.
The presentation will describe commentary in the adopting release which
is of interest to all registered funds, not only
money market funds. In addition, the presentation will discuss the
regulatory and market context of the reforms.
