National Business Institute Seminar – Mediation in New Jersey: Keys to Effective Settlement Negotiations

On Thursday, December 5, 2019, Joel B. Rosen, senior counsel at Montgomery McCraken, will be a speaker at the National Business Institute’s seminar entitled “Mediation in New Jersey: Keys to Effective Settlement Negotiations – Proven Negotiation Methods for Overcoming Mediation Obstacles.” His presentation, titled, “Documenting the Settlement,” is from 2:00-2:45 p.m.
The seminar will discuss how to navigate pre-settlement pitfalls, determining the strength of a case for trial, and many other topics. N.J., N.Y., and Pa CLE credits will be available.
