Montgomery McCracken partner Joel B. Rosen will be speaking at the New Jersey Association for Justice’s 2019 Boardwalk Seminar in Atlantic City, N.J. on Thursday, May 9, 2019. The three-day seminar is exclusively designed to meet the continuing educational requirements of trial attorneys and features outstanding local and regional speakers along with top national speakers. Rosen’s presentation, “Ethical Issues in Aggregate Litigation,” is included as part of the Mass Tort section of the conference.
