Montgomery, McCracken, Walker & Rhoads, LLP attorneys Donald W. Kramer, Virginia P. Sikes and Karl E. Emerson were presenters for the 10th annual Pennsylvania Bar Institute Nonprofit Institute. Donald Kramer, a course planner for the program, discussed recent developments in nonprofit law, as well as the top ten legal issues associated with fundraising events. Jennie Sikes was a panelist for a segment titled “Advising a Charitably-Minded Client and Karl Emerson participated in a two hour panel on complex fundraising issues.
