Philadelphia Bar Association CLE -Drinking Water Contamination

Montgomery McCracken partner Timothy J. Bergère will be a panelist at the Philadelphia Bar Association for a CLE on Tuesday, January 17, 2017. The CLE program, which is hosted by the Environmental and Energy Law Committee, will examine the legal issues arising out of the presence of traditional and emerging contaminants in drinking water.

Panelists, who include attorneys representing clients involved in drinking water contamination matters in the Philadelphia area and a technical expert on the fate and transport of the aforementioned chemicals, will explore these cutting edge issues among other topics.
