In recent months, more than 25 multi-plaintiff and class action lawsuits have been filed against major food manufacturers alleging they have mislabeled products in false or misleading ways. Recently, the Food and Drug Administration and Federal Trade Commission (FTC) have stepped into the fray; forcing costly settlements.  And this is only the beginning!
