Ethan A. Hougah, a former partner of Montgomery McCracken Walker & Rhoads, has been appointed to a full-time magistrate judgeship on the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey. He replaces the retiring Magistrate Judge Ann Marie Donio.

Ethan A. Hougah, a former partner of Montgomery McCracken Walker & Rhoads, has been appointed to a full-time magistrate judgeship on the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey. He replaces the retiring Magistrate Judge Ann Marie Donio.

After an informal swearing-in, Hougah assumed his duties in the Mitchell H. Cohen Building and U.S. Courthouse in Camden on Thursday, the court announced Friday. A formal ceremony is forthcoming, according to the U.S. District Court.
