Growing requests for legal advice from clients experiencing an online or social media emergency led Montgomery McCracken Walker & Rhoads LLP to launch a practice this week to address just such fast-moving and complicated situations.
The new, firmwide digital crisis management practice group will provide counsel to national and international clients that aims to prepare them for a digital crisis and assist them if one strikes. The group is chaired by Ashley R. Lynam, Kendra Baisinger and Jeremy Mishkin in the Philadelphia office and features 12 attorneys from Montgomery McCracken’s offices in Pennsylvania, New York, New Jersey and Delaware.
