Foxtail Fest Sues City Over Controversial Police Bill

The organizers of a music festival held last September in Wilmington have filed a lawsuit against the city arguing they are not responsible for a $6,821 tab for security at the event.

What Scene? LLC, which hosted the Foxtail Fest on Sept. 14, said in the lawsuit filed in Chancery Court this week that there was no contract between the company and the city for the event.
