A bankrupt marine fuel supplier asked a Connecticut federal court on Friday not to block it from pursuing London arbitration against Norwegian Cruise Lines over an allegedly unpaid invoice for bunkers, arguing the cruise line has failed to clear the high bar for an injunction.
