Montgomery McCracken Walker & Rhoads announced that Carrie Evans Wilson has joined the firm as a partner, resident in the Philadelphia office.
Wilson will serve as a member of the firm’s litigation department and co-chair of the higher education practice.
Focusing her practice on the Title IX space, she leads investigations into sexual misconduct, harassment, discrimination, fraud, and more. She collaborates with clients to navigate ever-changing regulations and offers her expertise as an external adjudicator, adviser and appellate reviewer. Her clientele includes public schools, private schools, universities, health care organizations and corporations.
Wilson earned her J.D. from Cornell Law School and her bachelor’s degree from Middlebury College.
