Montgomery McCracken is pleased to announce that Ashley R. Lynam has been named to the 2024 Women of Influence list by the Philadelphia Business Journal.
The Women of Influence program seeks to recognize businesswomen leaving a mark on Greater Philadelphia. Lynam is one of 30 women chosen as an honoree.
In May 2023, Lynam was selected as co-chair of Montgomery McCracken, making history as the first woman to lead the firm in its 112-year existence. Lynam, now chair, is a dynamic leader who has brought extraordinary energy, legal talent, and business acumen to Montgomery McCracken, serving on both the firm’s Management Committee and Executive Committee.
Throughout her career, Lynam has been a trailblazer and advocate for women in the legal profession. She has actively participated in mentorship programs, served on diversity committees, and championed initiatives aimed at promoting equality and empowerment. Lynam is a member of The Forum of Executive Women as well as a member of the National Association of Women Lawyers. She also serves as the Treasurer of the Board of Directors for the Upper Main Line YMCA and was recently named President of the Villanova Law Alumni Association.
