Anna Volkov is an associate in Montgomery McCracken’s Litigation Department. She focuses her practice on complex litigation matters involving commercial disputes, products liability, toxic torts (including asbestos), and intellectual property. Specifically, she has experience in copyright, trade secret, and noncompete litigation and has represented plaintiffs in high-stakes trade secret misappropriation cases. She has also represented NCAA athletes in arbitration and mediation.
Anna earned her J.D. degree, cum laude, from Tulane University Law School where she was a Notes and Comments Editor for the Tulane Law Review and a Research Assistant for the Civil Rights and Federal Practice Clinic. During law school, Anna worked at the Pennsylvania State Treasury. She also studied international sports law and food and drug law at the University of Copenhagen.
Prior to law school, Anna received her B.A. in English with a minor in Psychology from Rhodes College, where she was co-captain of the Women’s Varsity Tennis Team.
