Deanna R. Olivero is an associate in Montgomery McCracken’s Litigation Department. She focuses her practice on commercial and business litigation, including breach of contract, premises liability and fraud matters. She also has substantial experience in all areas of fiduciary litigation and trust/estate administration, including challenges to wills, trust and beneficiary designations; fiduciary accounting and breach of fiduciary duty claims; trust reformation and construction controversies; guardianships and elder exploitation matters; and partnership/business owner disputes.
Prior to joining Montgomery McCracken, Deanna was an associate at a preeminent national full-service law firm. Before entering private practice, she clerked for the Honorable David H. Ironson, J.S.C., in the Superior Court of New Jersey, Morris County, Criminal Division.
Deanna earned her J.D. from Rutgers Law. While at Rutgers, Deanna was the Senior Commentaries Editor and Alumni Reception Chair for the Rutgers University Law Review. She received her B.S., cum laude, in Sociology and Criminology from Florida State University.
