Jennifer A. Elchisak

Associate

Jennifer A. Elchisak is an associate in Montgomery McCracken’s Litigation Department. She focuses her practice on commercial litigation, including breach of contract, corporate governance, and complex disputes in state and federal courts.

Prior to joining Montgomery McCracken, Jennifer was an associate at a multinational law firm. Before entering private practice, she clerked for the Pacific Legal Foundation in Sacramento, California.

Jennifer earned her J.D. from the University of Virginia School of Law. While there, Jennifer was a member of the Journal of Law & Politics and the Virginia Journal of International Law. She received her B.S. in Paralegal Studies from Peirce College.
