25th Annual National Catholic Winter Meeting

Partner Steven Pachman will be a presenter at the 25th Annual National Catholic Winter Meeting in Phoenix, Arizona on January 24-26, 2015. Pachman will be speaking about lessons learned in the courtroom defending concussion cases, ways in which future litigation risk may be minimized, and an update on recent guideline changes and additions that affect individuals and institutions in a space where the standard of care continues to evolve.
