Montgomery McCracken attorney Joel Schneider, USMJ (ret.) will be a speaker during New Jersey Institute for Continuing Legal Education (NJICLE)’s webcast titled, “Multicounty Litigation (Mass Torts): 2021”. NJICLE has assembled an esteemed panel of judges as well as leading practitioners to review some of the most recent developments and address the ins and outs of handling multicounty and multi district litigation cases in New Jersey State and Federal Court. Joel will discuss confidentiality orders and what should and should not be disclosed.
