Montgomery McCracken is pleased to announce that Joel B. Rosen has been awarded the William J. Brennan, Jr. Award presented by the Association of the Federal Bar of New Jersey (AFBNJ). Joel will receive the award at the 49th Annual William J. Brennan, Jr. Award Reception and Ceremony on June 9th.

Joel B. Rosen, United States Magistrate Judge (Ret.) serves as senior counsel in Montgomery McCracken’s Litigation Department. He served as an assistant United States attorney and was the attorney-in-charge of the United States Attorney’s Office in Camden, New Jersey. During his tenure, he received several commendations from the Department of Justice for his efforts in connection with prosecutions involving organized crime and political corruption. Joel is also a former deputy attorney general in the New Jersey Division of Criminal Justice where he was chief of the Special Prosecutions Section. Prior to his judicial career and serving as a deputy attorney general, he served as a law clerk to the Honorable Mitchell H. Cohen, Chief Judge, United States District Court, District of New Jersey.
