Joel B. Rosen to Speak at the New Jersey Association for Justice’s 2019 Boardwalk Seminar

Joel B. Rosen, a partner in Montgomery McCracken’s Litigation Department, is slated to speak at the New Jersey Association for Justice’s 2019 Boardwalk Seminar in Atlantic City, N.J. on Thursday, May 9, 2019. The three-day seminar is exclusively designed to meet the continuing educational requirements of trial attorneys and features outstanding local and regional speakers along with top national speakers.  Rosen’s presentation, “Ethical Issues in Aggregate Litigation,” is included as part of the Mass Tort section of the conference.

Rosen, United States Magistrate Judge (Ret.), concentrates his practice in alternative dispute resolution. Serving as a United States Magistrate Judge from 1987 to 2006, Joel has mediated thousands of cases, and presided over numerous civil jury and bench trials and criminal misdemeanor trials. He has negotiated multimillion dollar settlements and resolved all manner of complex cases and class actions in the areas of employment law, commercial law, environmental law, intellectual property, antitrust, admiralty, civil rights, construction law and torts. He has also served as a Special Master in both state and federal courts, in matters involving mass torts, environmental issues, insurance coverage disputes, as well as a variety of class actions.
