Montgomery McCracken is pleased to announce that Micah Mahdi has been elected to the Board of Directors for Philadelphia’s Wilma Theater. The Wilma’s mission is to create “living, adventurous art,” “engage artists and audiences in imaginative reflection on the complexities of contemporary life,” and “present bold, original, well-crafted productions that represent a range of voices, viewpoints, and styles.”

Micah Mahdi is an associate in Montgomery McCracken’s Business Department. Micah’s practice lives at the intersection of estate planning, strategic corporate transactions, and complex tax considerations. She understands that for many clients, wealth is not just a number on a balance sheet; it represents the story of their life’s work and the people they love.

Micah graduated from the University of North Texas with a business degree in economics. She earned her law degree from the University of Oklahoma College of Law. Micah obtained her LL.M. in Taxation from Temple University Beasley School of Law.
