Montgomery McCracken Adds Of Counsel Kendra Baisinger in Philadelphia

PHILADELPHIA – Montgomery McCracken is pleased to announce the addition of Kendra Baisinger to its Litigation Department. Kendra will serve as of counsel in the firm’s Philadelphia office. She focuses her practice on complex commercial litigation at both the trial and appellate levels.
Kendra has authored a number of successful appellate briefs and dispositive motions in federal court. She also represents clients in a wide variety of matters involving many aspects of employment law including sexual harassment, state and federal anti-discrimination claims, and wage and hour claims.
Prior to joining Montgomery McCracken, Kendra served as of counsel at a Philadelphia regional firm, and spent several years as a Staff Attorney at the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit.
Kendra received a J.D. degree, cum laude, from University of Wisconsin School of Law in 2003 where she served as a note and comment editor of the Wisconsin Law Review, and participated in the Innocence Project Clinical Program.
