Montgomery McCracken has been awarded a Band 3 ranking in Transportation: Shipping/Maritime: Litigation (New York) by Chambers and Partners in the Chambers USA 2021 guide. Two of the firm’s New York-based maritime and transportation attorneys, Vincent M. DeOrchis (Band 2) and Eugene J. O’Connor (Band 4), also received an individual Nationwide ranking for Transportation: Shipping/Maritime: Litigation (New York).
The annual guide ranks the country’s premier firms and practitioners in one of six levels, or “Bands,” with Band 1 representing the highest designation. Chambers and Partners rankings assess technical legal ability, professional conduct, client service, commercial astuteness, diligence, and commitment and other qualities most valued by the client.
