UPDATE – March 22, 2020: Following orders from the Governors of Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and New York, our Philadelphia, New York, Cherry Hill, and Berwyn offices will be closed. Our attorneys and staff are working remotely and remain ready to assist our clients. Our receptionists are working remotely and are able to route calls to the appropriate staff. If, however, you are planning to visit our office, please call your contact prior to the visit to discuss alternative arrangements.

The health and safety of our employees, clients, and the public are our greatest concern. Therefore, in an effort to protect our employees and to help slow the spread of the coronavirus (COVID-19), Montgomery McCracken has implemented a remote work policy, effective Monday, March 16. Despite this serious situation, our attorneys and staff members are working remotely and available by email and phone. We do not expect any interruption in our ability to serve our clients.

We will be reviewing this policy and the situation weekly, and we will update our policy as we move forward. If you have any firm administration questions, please contact Danielle Feldman at dfeldman@mmwr.com.
