CHERRY HILL, NEW JERSEY – Montgomery McCracken partner Michael J. Fekete served as an instructor for National Business Institute’s program “How to Get Your Social Media, Email & Text Evidence Admitted (and Keep Theirs Out)” on November 18, 2016.  He presented on two courses: “Top Admission Mistakes Made with ESI” and “Using Expert Witnesses to Get Your Evidence in (and Keep Theirs Out).” The National Business Institute provides continuing legal education training seminars, teleconferences, webcasts, self-study materials, and online CLE seminars.

Fekete is a partner of Montgomery McCracken’s Litigation Department. He regularly represents individuals, business owners, and companies, both publicly and privately owned, in many different types of matters arising in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, New York, and throughout the country. Fekete represents clients in litigation involving breach of contract, breach of warranty, consumer fraud claims, real estate and restrictive covenants. Fekete frequently represents clients before the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey and Eastern District of Pennsylvania, Superior Court of New Jersey, Supreme Court of New York and various Common Pleas Courts in Pennsylvania. He earned his B.A. degree from the University of Maryland and his J.D. degree from Rutgers School of Law in Camden.
