Montgomery McCracken Retained as Counsel to the Official Committee of Unsecured Creditors in the Tuesday Morning Corp. Bankruptcy

PHILADELPHIA, PA – Montgomery McCracken is pleased to announce that on June 11, 2020, it was retained to represent the Official Committee of Unsecured Creditors in the Tuesday Morning Corp. bankruptcy.  The engagement is being led by partners Edward L. Schnitzer, Gilbert R. Saydah Jr., and David M. Banker.

Tuesday Morning Corp. is a NASDAQ-listed retail chain of approximately 700 stores in 40 states. The case is pending in the Northern District of Texas (Dallas).
