Montgomery McCracken Walker & Rhoads LLP is excited to announce that John Billiris will join the firm as a partner. John will serve as a member of the firm’s Business Department.

John represents high-growth companies as outside general counsel, working closely with executive leadership teams as a strategic business advisor. His practice focuses on negotiating commercial, intellectual property, and data agreements with Fortune 500 companies for clients in the technology, advertising, and pharmaceutical industries, while developing legal processes that enable growing companies to scale and operate efficiently. He counsels clients on artificial intelligence, intellectual property, and data privacy. He also advises clients on corporate governance matters and mergers and acquisitions transactions, including several deals valued at more than $100 million. John earned his J.D. and LL.M. from Tulane University Law School and his Bachelor of Business from the University of Technology Sydney.
