Montgomery McCracken Welcomes Three Associates

Montgomery McCracken is pleased to announce the addition of three associates to the firm’s Philadelphia office. Jessica Rizzo and Patrick Smith have joined the firm’s Litigation Department. Hannah Travaglini has joined the firm’s Business Department.
Rizzo recently graduated from the University of Pennsylvania Law School, where she served as the Associate Editor for the University of Pennsylvania Journal of Law and Innovation and the Comments Editor for the University of Pennsylvania Journal of Constitutional Law. Rizzo, a Congress Hall Scholar, was also the recipient of the Exemplary Pro Bono Service Awards (+400 hours) and a Pennsylvanians for Modern Courts Annual Law Student Writing Competition winner. Prior to joining Montgomery McCracken, Rizzo was a certified legal intern at the Custody and Support Assistance Clinic at the University of Pennsylvania and a summer associate with the firm. Rizzo also served as a judicial intern to the Honorable Michael M. Baylson and the Honorable Berle M. Schiller in the United States District Court of the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.
Smith recently graduated, magna cum laude, from the Villanova University Charles Widger School of Law where he was elected to the Order of the Coif and served as a staff writer and online editor of the Villanova Law Review. Prior to joining Montgomery McCracken, Smith was a summer fellow and research assistant at Villanova University’s Eleanor H. McCullen Center for Law, Religion, and Public Policy and a summer associate with the firm.
Travaglini recently graduated from Temple University James E. Beasley School of Law, where she was a member of the Women’s Law Caucus, a member of the Volunteer Income Tax Assistance (“VITA”) Program, and a teaching assistant in the areas of transactional practice and legal research and writing. Travaglini was the recipient of the 2021 Nancy J. Knauer & Eleanor W. Myers Integrated Transactional Program Award. Prior to joining Montgomery McCracken, Travaglini was a legal assistant at a Philadelphia law firm and an Intensive Case Manager at Pennsylvania Hospital.
