HARRISBURG – Two Pennsylvania Turnpike Commission vendors charged in a broader “pay-to-play” scandal are set to receive a form of probation without verdict, court documents show.

Jeffrey Suzenski and Dennis Miller, lesser figures in the case accusing officials of influence-peddling and bid-rigging, will receive Accelerated Rehabilitative Disposition, or ARD, if Dauphin County Judge Richard Lewis approves the deal at a hearing Tuesday.
