PA Governor Orders Closure of Non-Life-Sustaining Businesses

On Thursday, March 19, Governor Wolf ramped up efforts to mitigate the spread of coronavirus (COVID-19) by ordering all non-life-sustaining businesses to close until further notice. According to the order, failure to comply with its requirements may be enforced through citations, fines, or license suspensions, among other measures. A list of the types of businesses considered to be life-sustaining and non-life-sustaining can be found here.
