Partner David Dormont Participated as Panelist for the American Zionist Movement Discussion Forum

New York, NY – Montgomery McCracken partner David Dormont served as a panelist at the American Zionist Movement (AZM) Discussion Forum on Zionism and Israel as the Nation-State of the Jewish People on Thursday, September 6, 2018. David and fellow panelists, including the Consul General of Israel in New York Dani Dayan, provided introductory comments from diverse perspectives across the AZM spectrum concerning the new Basic Law passed by the Israeli Knesset in July 2018.

For more than 25 years, David has focused on complex commercial litigation and bankruptcy-related litigation, representing a diverse range of clients from individuals and unions to Fortune 500 companies in complex commercial disputes. He has handled more than 200 matters in federal and state courts and before arbitration panels in a variety of jurisdictions. David has tried cases, as first or second chair, before various trial courts, including in trials which resulted in two of the ten largest verdicts reported in Pennsylvania in 2005.
