Partner Michael J. Fekete Appointed to the New Jersey District IV Ethics Committee

CHERRY HILL, NJ – Montgomery McCracken is pleased to announce that partner Michael J. Fekete has been appointed by Chief Justice Stuart Rabner to serve a four year term on the District IV Ethics Committee, effective September 1, 2018. The Ethics Committee works with the New Jersey Office of Attorney Ethics to ensure proper and ethical representation by lawyers in their respective districts..

Mike is a partner in the firm’s Litigation Department and a member of the Real Estate practice. He regularly represents individuals, business owners, and companies, both publicly and privately owned, in litigation involving breach of contract, breach of warranty, consumer fraud claims, real estate, and restrictive covenants.  For nearly two decades, Mike represented a national digital and print advertising company and served as the company’s interim general counsel. Mike has extensive experience representing publicly-owned REITs, developers, commercial landlords, and court-appointed receivers in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and New York in all facets of real estate, including lease drafting and negotiation, and commercial tenancy matters. He regularly appears before various New Jersey Township Zoning and Planning Boards in the representation of clients for various land use matters.
