Montgomery, McCracken, Walker & Rhoads, LLP associate James L. Gannon, II was a panelist at the Pennsylvania Bar Institute program entitled “Contract Law in the Elecronic Age” held on Wednesday, April 25 in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Gannon presented a segment entitled “The Federal Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act (E-SIGN)”.
Gannon is an associate in Montgomery McCracken’s Business Department, where he focuses on domestic and international intellectual property matters including the drafting and prosecuting of applications for patents, trademarks and copyrights. Gannon also counsels business owners on matters relating to the protection of their intellectual property assets.
