    Montgomery McCracken associate Jessica L. Richman has been appointed to serve on the editorial board of the American Bar Association’s Products Liability Newsletter Committee.  Richman is a member of the firm’s Litigation Department where she concentrates her practice on products liability litigation, mass torts defense, commercial litigation and professional liability defense.

    Richman has several practice-related articles and presentations to her credit.

    She is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania, the United States District Courts for the Eastern and Middle Districts of Pennsylvania, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit.
