Montgomery McCracken Partner Jeremy Mishkin Appointed Trustee of Newly Formed Awesome Foundation in Philadelphia

PHILADELPHIA-Montgomery McCracken is pleased to announce that Jeremy Mishkin, chair of the firm’s Litigation Department, has been appointed a trustee of the Philadelphia Chapter of The Awesome Foundation. The Foundation, whose Philadelphia Chapter was formed in August 2013, distributes a series of monthly $1,000 grants to projects and their creators with no strings attached and no claims to ownership over the projects that it supports.

Mishkin, a partner in Montgomery McCracken’s Philadelphia office, focuses his practice on complex commercial matters, technology, the Internet and First Amendment/ Media Law issues. He has handled litigation and served as national and regional counsel for corporate clients who have been sued in numerous product liability lawsuits in multiple jurisdictions and has tried cases involving RICO, libel, computer hardware and software, complex mechanical products and industrial chemicals. Mishkin graduated from the University of Pennsylvania Law School and from Indiana University.
