Besides providing summer associates with opportunities to work on complex legal matters, Montgomery McCracken prides itself on providing a realistic foray into the legal world. Summer associates not only attend client meetings, depositions, and hearings, but work closely with existing clients on ongoing matters. They also participate in a unique business development program where the summer associates learn how to originate and develop client relationships early in their career. In addition, Montgomery McCracken has once again partnered with Judges Restrepo and Rice of the Eastern District of Pennsylvania to coordinate for its summer associates to participate in the Re-Entry Court Program, a pro bono initiative dedicated to representing indigent federal probationers.
