Rachel Welsh Returns to Montgomery McCracken

Montgomery McCracken is pleased to announce the return of Rachel Welsh (née Goodman) to the firm. Welsh spent the past year trying deportation cases as an immigration attorney in California. She has rejoined the Litigation Department as an associate in the firm’s Philadelphia office.
Welsh litigates cases and counsels clients on a diverse range of matters, including class action and MDLs, commercial litigation, cannabis, bankruptcy, and sexual misconduct liability.
Welsh earned her J.D. degree from Temple University James E. Beasley School of Law and her B.A. degree from the University of Pennsylvania. She first joined the firm as a summer associate in 2019.
