O’Connor is a partner in Montgomery McCracken’s Litigation Department. He also serves as the co-managing partner of the New York office and co-chair of the firm’s Maritime and Transportation Practice. O’Connor represents commercial and individual clients in all aspects of civil litigation, including trials and appeals, in federal and state courts as well as in agency proceedings and private arbitration. His primary practice is counseling international and domestic maritime industry clients like owners, operators, and charterers of vessels and their insurers.
